Heartseekers, a community of Christian women is welcoming published writer Carol Kent to town to be the featured speaker for their Women’s Retreat next weekend.
Ms. Kent is an award winning author and public speaker with over twenty published works, including: When I Lay My Isaac Down, A New Kind of Normal, and the Secret Longings of the Heart.
With a message of assisting those in need, Ms. Kent has gives a positive message grounded in her faith.
Heartseekers Women’s Retreat is Friday March 24th and Saturday March 25th at Bethel Baptist Church in Galesburg.
