The Carl Sandburg College men’s basketball team continues to reload its roster, after graduating many key players from last season’s Region 4 Championship squad. Coach Ryan Twaddle will welcome a pair of transfer players from Clinton, Iowa Community College, as Samuel Bil and Travis Witt have signed to play for Sandburg next season. Both players averaged 8 points and 3 rebounds per game in their freshman year at Clinton. They will join a program that is enjoying a good recruiting season, after Sandburg went to the national tournament for the first time in March.

Legion Baseball
The Galesburg American Legion Baseball Team is off today, after winning its opener in extra innings last night against Kewanee.
