Police were called to the 200 block of South Academy Street where the victim said 200-dollars was stolen from him.
According to the police report, the victim had gotten in a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser to go meet women when the vehicle began travelling on a low volume street.
That’s when one of the subjects allegedly pulled a firearm on the victim and stole the money. The victim explained to police that the subjects had threatened to kill him if he reported the incident.
Shortly after receiving the report, officers located a vehicle matching the description. Police conducted a traffic stop and pulled their weapons before ordering the subjects out of the car.
A search warrant was obtained and a firearm was allegedly located in the vehicle along with 62 grams of cannabis.
19-year-old Tumause Bourrage and 20-year-old Nicholas Manyfield are facing armed robbery charges. 20-year-old Nico Tillmon, and 20-year-old Darren Stringfellow are being charged with theft under $500.
