Donna K. Luper, 57, of Avon, IL passed away Monday July 28, 2014, 10:15 am in Galesburg, IL. She was born July 18, 1957, in Avon, IL the daughter of Richard and June Gray VanNatta. She married Jeff Luper on April 9, 1977.
She is survived by her husband of Avon, IL; mother June VanNatta of Avon, IL; children Corrie (Shaun) Williams of Carrolton, TX, and John Luper of Avon, IL; 5 grandchildren Shaun and Harrison Williams and Gage, Lexie, and Logan Luper; one brother Richard VanNatta of Avon, IL; and two sisters Diane (Steve) Wittemore of Avon, IL and Darla (Troy) Admire of Avon, IL; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
She worked at Avon Nursing Home for 26 years, then the Care Center of Abingdon. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and riding the Harley with Jeff. She was a Green Bay Packers fan and a Cardinal fan.
Memorial service will be Saturday August 2, 2014, 11:00 am at the St. Augustine Christian Church. Cremation rites have been accorded and burial will be at a later date.
