Hazel Leota Vilardo, 93, of Galesburg, died at 10:59 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2014 at home.
Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of life will be held 1-3 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Thomas Legacy Center at Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Interment of cremated remains will be in the spring at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Galesburg. Memorials may be made to the Galesburg Rescue Mission.
