Woman’s Body Found on Downtown Chicago ‘L’ Stop Platform

CHICAGO (AP) – Police in Chicago are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found on a downtown “L” stop platform.
Chicago Transit Authority personnel found the woman’s body Saturday morning at the Washington and Wells station in the downtown Loop district. She appeared to be in her 20s.

A cause of death hasn’t been determined but there were possible signs of trauma. Police say she was not struck by a train.

Authorities did not immediately release other details.
