Mrs. Robyn L. Broadfield, 51, of Galesburg, Ill. died 5:58 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Kishwaukee Hospital, DeKalb, Ill.
She was born May 31, 1964 in Galesburg to Robert and Emma Spinks Jackson. She married Brian Johnson. She later married Alan Broadfield.
Surviving is her step father, James Blackwell of Galesburg, three sons, Terrence (and Rachelle) Johnson of Galesburg, Cidny Hamilton of Galesburg and Jimmy Broadfield of Kansas, three daughters, Chante Johnson, Rashon Broadfield and Nicole Broadfield all of Galesburg, three brothers, Rory Jackson of Galesburg, Robert (and Michelle) Sargent of Galesburg and Anthony (and Helen) Sargent of St. Paul Minn., two sisters, Renita (and Mearon) Diggins of Galesburg and Laura (and Jaswick) Dyett of Grimes, Iowa and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, a daughter, Teneshia Hamilton and a sister Madilyn Jackson.
Robyn graduated from Galesburg High School in 1982. She received her MBA from American Intercontinental University. She was in the U.S. Navy.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2015 at East Linwood Cemetery, Galesburg. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to her son Terrence Johnson. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
