MOLINE, Ill. (AP) — Deere & Company is laying off more than 200 employees at its Seeding and Cylinder plant in Moline.
The company is telling workers they’re being laid off in mid-February.
Deere said last week sales of tractors and other farm equipment tumbled 25 percent in the fourth quarter compared to a year earlier.
