All of the area boys small-school basketball teams will be in action tonight.
Both of the Galesburg Freshmen basketball teams will be in action tonight.
The GHS Silver Streaks Girls Basketball team beat the Lincolnway Central Knights 73-44 to close out the Martin Luther King Tournament. This makes the Streaks 20-6 for the season while the Knights fall to 8-13 in their season. The Streaks will play again next on Thursday at Quincy with a pre-game slotted for 6:06pm and tip off scheduled to take place at 6:30. A pair of Western Big 6 boys basketball teams that have had a reversal of fortunes will meet tonight at Galesburg High School, when the Silver Streaks welcome the United Township Panthers.
The Lincoln Trail Conference girls basketball tournament will resume tonight.
A couple of old rivals will meet again on the basketball court tonight, as the Knoxville Blue Bullets will travel to Abingdon to meet the A-Town Tornados.
