A Galesburg Chinese buffet restaurant is re-opening under new ownership and a new name.
The former Crazy Buffet, 463 Grant Ave. in the Seminary Square shopping center, will re-open Monday under the name Panda Buffet. New signage for the restaurant went up this week.
Owner Sims Lee said Crazy Buffet has been closed for a month while he added Winny Yeung as a new partner to the business. Lee said Panda Buffet will add additional items to its menu and buffet offerings, including an expanded variety of sushi.
Panda Buffet will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
