Josh Eiker placed 2nd in the 200 meters and 4th in the 100 at the Class AA IHSA State Track & Field meet. He broke the Class AA record in the 200 in the semifinals. That time qualified him to compete in the USATF Junior Nationals in Eugene, Oregon this weekend. He has since won his age group at the Illinois Junior Olympic meet in both the 100 and 200, breaking the state 200 record and setting a new Galesburg High School record in the 100.
