Following news that convicted spree killer Nicholas Sheley pleaded guilty to murder charges in the last case he faced — the death of an Arkansas couple near St. Louis, after being convicted at trial in Knox and Whiteside Counties — we got some perspective on Galesburg’s Evening News from Knox County State’s Attorney John Pepmeyer.  (NOTE:  This interview was edited prior to airing on WGIL for time purposes.)
