While in Springfield for Governor Bruce Rauner’s State of the State address Wednesday, WGIL’s Will Stevenson sat in on a press conference with Illinois Senate President John Cullerton, giving his reaction to the address. While Rauner’s address was received as positive by most Republicans, Cullerton has a different view.
