
Patsy A. Bouchez, 84, of rural LaFayette, died at 7:10 p.m., Friday March 2, 2018 at Seminary Village in Galesburg. Funeral services will be at held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 9 at the Williamsfield United Methodist Church. Rev. Jennifer Seder will officiate. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of services at the church. Burial will be in Williamsfield Cemetery. Rux Funeral Home in Williamsfield is in charge of arrangements.
She was born November 12, 1933 in Pekin, IL the daughter of Delmer and Eray Anne (Channey) Lee. She married Emile Bouchez on November 4, 1960 in Pekin. He survives as do their children, Gilbert Bouchez of Galesburg, Bruce (Diana) Bouchez Sr. of LaFayette and Ronda (David) Kimmitt of Galesburg, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, two brothers Jack and Frank and three sisters, Jean, Maxine and Bessie. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Wesley Bell.
Patsy had worked as a meat boxer at the Brodie Meat Market in Victoria. She enjoyed working in her flower bed, gardening, cooking and teaching her grandkids how to play poker. This obituary may be viewed and private condolences left at www.ruxfuneralhome.com.
