JaCara Kelley was announced Wednesday as the winner of the fourth installment of The Great Galesburg Shake, the soft skills and social skills competition among Galesburg District 205 students. Not long after she was announced as the winner, she spoke with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
