Patricia A. Parr, 74, of Alexis, IL passed away Saturday May 5, 2018, 4:40 p.m. at OSF St. Mary’s Medical Center Galesburg, IL. She was born Thursday October 7, 1943 in Galesburg, IL the daughter of Raymond L. and Ella L. (Wilmot) Parr. She married William F. Svob and later married Larry L. Ragsdale.
She is survived by her mother Ella of Galesburg, IL; children Lisa Ann (Chuck) Hooker of Peoria, IL, Jeffrey G. (Dana) Svob of Alexis, IL and Nicole R. (Jim) Anderson; grandchildren Tara, Cody, Stewart, Brittany, Blake, Olivia, Darin, and Tyson; great grandchildren Kenliegh, and Austyn; two sisters Jean (Joe) Fields of Arkansas, and Anne (Roger) Stegall of Galesburg, IL.
She was preceded in death by her father, and 1 sister.
Patricia worked and retired from Maytag in Galesburg, IL; she also worked at Bridgeway in Galesburg. She loved her fur baby “Swabby”. She was enjoying life, her family and especially loved being outside.
Funeral service will be Wednesday May 9, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at the Wise Family Funeral Home Roseville, IL. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Roseville Memorial Park Cemetery Roseville, IL. Memorials may be made to the Western Illinois Animal Rescue.
