Danny J. Clark, 52, of Galesburg, died at 5:07 p.m. Thursday, November 29, 2018, at home.He was born April 7, 1966, in Monmouth, the son of Lloyd and Marjorie “Peggy” (Shawgo) Clark. He is survived by six brothers, Steve (Sam) Clark of Galesburg, Lloyd (Cheryl) Clark of Abingdon, Wayne (Terri) Clark of Galesburg, Rick (Misha) Clark of Wataga, Chris (Cheryl) Clark of Canton, and James (Nicole) Cunningham of Galesburg; two sisters, Debbie (Chava) Clark of Mexico and Mary Clark of California; one step brother, Bill Smith; four step sisters, Charlene Canafax, Fern Bailey, Patty Smith, and Lora Hope Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Clark; his mother, Peggy Cunningham; his step father, Earl Cunningham; a brother, Kenneth Shawgo; and two sisters, Brenda Clark and Tina Clark. Danny graduated from Galesburg High School. He had lived in England for eight years, before returning to Galesburg. Danny enjoyed fishing, gambling, fantasy football, and playing video games.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Galesburg Chapel. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
