The Illinois State Police is seeking information from the public in identifying a woman who is may have abandoned a newborn in Henderson County.
According to the Division of Criminal Investigation, a caucasian female allegedly gave birth to a female and abandoned her at a residence near Lomax.
ISP is requesting assistance from the public to identify the woman who was pregnant either in her third trimester, early or full-term, up until November 28-29.
