
The last two of five juveniles that escaped from the Mary Davis Home in Galesburg last month have been arrested in Davenport.
Davenport Police in a press release says their officers responded to a report of shots fired near Locust and Washington Street.
An investigation led officers to arrest 18-year-old Lamode Lathan-Burge and two 15-year-olds who were to determined to be escapees of the Knox County juvenile detention center.
Josiah Capone Rogers, 15, of Davenport, one of the escapees is being charged with first-degree robbery, as is Lathan-Burge, related to a Nov. 27 robbery in Davenport.
Any charges that the other 15-year-old could face are unclear at this time.
Rogers and Lathan-Burge were both transported to the Scott County Jail while the other 15-year-old was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
The five were able to escape the Mary Davis Home on November 13 after attacking staff and stealing a vehicle.
