We’ve all but temporarily put a halt to our sports reports during “Galesburg’s Evening News” due to COVID-19, and there’s likely not much in the way of sports to talk about during “Galesburg’s Morning News” either. But try being a sports reporter. Jay Kidwell is Sports Director of WHBF Local 4 News and KLJB FOX 18 News, and it’s been a bit of a struggle there, too. But, Kidwell is an optimist, and looks forward to the day when sports reports. Kidwell talked with Will Stevenson on “Galesburg’s Evening News.”
