Knox County Clerk Scott Erickson says there are some positives — but, mostly, things he’d change with a “vote by mail” proposal Illinois lawmakers approved last week as part of the response to COVID-19. Nevertheless, Erickson tells “Galesburg’s Evening News” he will make it work prior to the November election.
