Bishop Hill has been hit pretty hard by the first couple months of the COVID-19 pandemic — from lost business to lost visitors at what would have been the start of their tourism season. But, with the area entering “Phase 3” of the “Restore Illinois” plan Friday, the village in Henry County is ready to welcome you once again.
