Drivers in town Wednesday should be aware of a few construction projects going on today that may slow them down from getting where they may need to go.
According to the city, BNSF will be closing the railroad crossing at North Prairie Street and on Lincoln Street starting at 8:00 am until 6:00 pm today for crossing repairs, weather permitting.
Additionally, Brandt Construction will be closing South Seminary Street between Second and Third Street for storm sewer construction.
This is expected to last all day and most of Thursday, wrapping up at around 3:30.
The city says that all residents and businesses will have access to Seminary Street from Second and Third Street.
