The Warren County State’s Attorney announced charges Tuesday against a pair that’s alleged to have robbed a Roseville bank Saturday.
Married couple, Brian P. and Kimberly A. Cook, of Missouri, are said to have used a weapon in robbing Citizens National Bank.
Both Cooks appeared in Warren County Court Tuesday morning and both are charged with armed robbery, aggravated robbery, and theft between $100,000 and $500,000.
Kimberly’s bond was set at $150,000, but Brian’s was set at $250,000 because of a prior theft conviction in Madison County, Illinois for which he was sentenced to 4 years.
A public defender was appointed to represent both.
Conditions of bond forbid either from leaving the state and to turn over any dangerous weapons in their possession.
The charges they face carry anywhere from 6 to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Kimberly is being housed at the Mercer County Jail, and Brian in Warren County.
Indictments from federal authorities are expected according to a release from the Warren County State’s Attorney.
