
The woman accused of concealing a dead body in a Maquon storage locker waived her right to a preliminary hearing on Monday and pleaded not guilty to all charges.50-year-old Marcy Oglesby has been in Knox County Jail custody since her arrest on Oct. 12.
Oglesby also faces felony charges of forgery and possessing a firearm without a valid FOID card.
The body found in the storage locker has not yet been officially identified.
Sgt. Brad Davis with Sheriff’s Department said that could take some time because of the decomposed state of the body
DNA testing and dental records are being used to determine an ID and cause of death.
Oglesby will be back in court tomorrow for a motion to reduce her $10,000 bail.
She will then return on December 5th at 2 p.m. for a pretrial conference.
