A decomposed body was found in this Maquo storage unit on Oct. 7.

It will take a while longer to identify the body found in a Maquon storage locker.

The decomposed body was found on Oct. 7 after complaints to police of an odor coming from the storage facility.

The body was in such a state of disrepair that DNA and dental testing were needed.

But Sgt. Brad Davis with the Knox County Sheriff’s Department says the lab wasn’t able to get anything from the samples and they’ll have to wait on more testing.

Meanwhile, 50-year-old Marcy Oglesby was arrested on Oct. 11 and charged with one count of concealment of a death.

She’s additionally been charged with two counts of forgery, and two counts of possessing firearms without a FOID card.

Oglesby lived across the street from the storage unit facility, and she remains in custody in the Knox County Jail on $100,000 bond.
