Night Time Police Violent Crime Intervention. Police Vehicles with Flashing Lights.

Monmouth Police were called to Monmouth Roseville High School on Wednesday afternoon in regard to a student stabbing.

Police say the stab wound is not life-threatening although the victim is being treated at OSF Holy Family Medical Center.

A release from MPD says that they determined there was a fight between two students which resulted in one juvenile being stabbed.

Officers responded just before noon to the parking lot in the 300 block of West 1st Avenue.
