The Galesburg Silver Streaks girls basketball team picked up their 5th win on the season and number 1,000 for the program with a 64-29 win over the Manual Rams. The Streaks are now 5-1 on the year. They joined only 4 other programs in the state with 1,000 wins in their girls basketball programs. Carthage/Illini West, Richwoods, Chicago Marshall and Teutopolis all have 1,00 wins or more. Kiarra Kilgore lead the way with 23 points, 6 steals, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Syriah Boyd jump started the Streaks offense. She scored 17, pulled down 8 rebounds and had 1 steal and was our Dave’s Auto Body Crunch Time Player of the Game.
