CHICAGO (AP) – A Chicago woman faces federal charges for allegedly taking part in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol with her brother, a Chicago police officer who was charged last year in the insurrection. Agnieszka Chwiesiuk was arrested Monday at her Chicago home and charged in a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., with four misdemeanor counts, including entering a restricted government building and disorderly conduct. The Chicago Tribune reports Chwiesiuk was allegedly identified by her outfit accompanying her brother as he entered the U.S. Capitol.
