The Galesburg Silver Streaks boys basketball team fall to the Dunlap Eagles in their first game of the Taylorville Holiday Tournament, 60-58. Turnovers was the ultimate downfall for the Streaks as they turned the ball over multiple times in the final minutes. The game was still tied at 58 all with nine second left, but a foul committed by the Streaks with three seconds left allowed the Eagles to sink the two game-winning free throws. The Streaks are now 3-10 on the season.
The Dave’s AutoBody Crunch-Time Player of the Game was Jace Keith. He finished with 8 points and 8 rebounds.
