The Galesburg Silver Streaks girls basketball team beat the Champaign Central Maroons for their second victory in the Mattoon Holiday Tournament, 65-50. A hard fought game ended up with the Streaks pulling away to secure another victory in the tournament. The Streaks are now 14-3 on the season.
The Dave’s AutoBody Crunch-Time Player of the Game was Capre Fergusonn for her help in being a trigger for the offense. She finished the game with 9 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals.
