Knoxville First Christian Church is hosting a Mardi Gras King Cake fundraiser today to benefit the Knoxville Food Pantry. Church pastor Jordan Knight joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, Ash Wednesday and the fundraiser.
