Tuesday: Nik West Concert
Bringing a showcase of flair and funkadelic rock to The Orpheum Theatre, singer/songwriter and bassist extraordinaire Nik West will take stage this summer on Tuesday, June 27 at 7 p.m! This year’s Throwback Thursdays theme is Movie Musicals, and this week The Orpheum Theatre is showing Annie! This upbeat, fun-filled adventure is fun for the whole family so come on down at 2 p.m. or 7 p.m. to see this movie on the big screen for free! Sponsored by Blick Art Materials. Rated PG.
Friday: LIPANDA Day Celebration for Kids
Join special guest Pastor Moise Mbiye at the Galesburg Public Library to celebrate the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s Independence Day! From 2-3 p.m. enjoy activities, read stories, such as Meet the Okapi and Jump, Drew, Jump, and more. Free and open to kids of all ages!
Friday: Madyson Lash Live Concert

Sunday: LIPANDA Day Festival & Superiority Concert
Join us at Park Plaza on July 2, from noon to 4 p.m. and celebrate Congolese culture! Celebrating the diversity in our community with music, food testing, exhibits, games and drinks.
