A remodeled Buffalo Wild Wings — complete with all-new furniture, updated sports memorabilia and more and bigger TVs — is set to reopen Saturday at Seminary Square in Galesburg.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 2683 N. Seminary St., has been closed since Monday as the store has undergone its first remodel since opening in January 2009. The restaurant and sports bar reopens at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Darrin Quick, general manager of the Galesburg Buffalo Wings and an employee of the store since Day 1, tells WGIL, “it’s been a long time coming, but we’re really excited.”
“I’m still in awe how all of this has come together in a week,” Quick said. “I love the look, both inside and outside. It’s a complete joint effort by every single one of the team members we have here.”

Quick said he expects customers to like the new Buffalo Wild Wings.
“We’ll have bigger TVs — more TVs, believe it or not,” he said. “As far as the furniture, everything is brand new.”
New “community tables” are set up in the dining room, able to accommodate teams or large families.
Buffalo Wild Wings employs 46 team members in Galesburg.
