The Knox County Sherriff’s Department has provided an update on a deceased individual found in a vehicle Wednesday morning.

James “Jim” M. Anderson, 78, of Abingdon, IL died peacefully in the early morning of August 29, 2023, at Allure of Lake Storey in Galesburg IL. Jim was born to Orville G. Anderson and Marian E. Stammer
