36-year-old Amber M. Williams is in the Knox County Jail as she faces several charges involving distributing narcotics and possessing a firearm as a felon.
Williams pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to some of the felony charges she faces.
Williams was first charged in September with two counts of Class X meth delivery for allegedly selling 15 to 100 grams of the drug on two separate occasions.

Williams, granted pre-trial release, was arrested again last week as part of a sweeping drugs and weapons investigation by local and regional police.
That led to new charges for Williams including manufacturing or selling fentanyl as well as being a felon in possession of a gun.
Williams has been in custody since that arrest because the judge granted the state’s request to detain and she will remain in custody until a further court order.
