Wednesday: Create with Cupid
Make your own frozen treat flavor creation together at Sprinkle & Spoon with your Valentine! On Wednesday, February 14 from 5-9 p.m. at 108 S. Seminary St., celebrate Valentine’s day with ice cream! Start with the base and flavor it however you’d like, then we churn it for you, and you add whatever mix-ins and sauces you choose together! Eat it all then and there, or bring some home for later! Play a get-to-know-you game at the same time that’s intended for so relationship levels! Do something unique and creative this year! Everything is dairy, egg, nut, and gluten free, too! Thursday: Galesburg Knox Club: Knox Proud Day Gathering

Saturday: Orpheum Comedy Night: Stewart Duff
The Orpheum Theatre is kicking off the year with laughs! The Orpheum Comedy Series will host three shows throughout the year, showcasing standup comics from across the nation. The 7:30 p.m. Saturday, February 17 event will feature standup veteran Stewart Huff as headliner, supported by up-and-comers Thaddaeus McKee, Griffin Sciarra, and Finn St. John. Born in Campbellsville, Kentucky and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Stewart Huff has been performing comedy for over 20 years, beginning when he decided to drop out of college to become a writer. His knack for embracing the foibles of humanity and his refreshing originality make him as likeable as he is hilarious. A storyteller at heart, Huff continues to amaze with his clever material and personal wit. Huff has performed in comedy clubs nationally and internationally, including the Improv in Los Angeles and New York, the Punchline in Atlanta and the Funny Bone in Omaha, as well as countless others. He was also a finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival in 2006. Stewart Huff was voted ‘Best of the Fest’ at the Aspen Comedy Festival, was featured in the movie ‘Road Comics’ and was on HBO’s ‘Lucky 21’ comedy show, as well as being a writer for Adult Swim.
Saturday: Jazz Night Fundraiser and Silent Auction
Support Group for African American Affairs Presents: Rhythm and Soul Jazz Night Fundraiser and Silent Auction! Come show your support with a night of music, dancing, drinks and dinner on Saturday, February 17 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Vault. There will be a silent auction featuring primarily local businesses with a few surprise entries such as the Chicago White Sox! Listen to live music from The Cat Gaddis Band, and enjoy dinner and drinks! Tickets are $50 per person or $400 for a table of 8.
