A Woodhull man is not in custody after being arrested for allegedly trying to distribute nude photos without the subject’s permission.
Court records in Henry County indicate Jerrico Lessard, 33, was given a notice to appear in court after being arrested April 11.
Illinois State Police are just now releasing information about what happened. They say the Henry County Sheriffs Department contacted investigators back in January with a complaint made against a county employee.
The investigation determined Lessard allegedly gave others sexually-suggestive photos without the permission of the person shown in them.
Lessard faces four Class Four felony counts of Nonconsensual Dissemination of a Sexual Image.
It’s not clear for which department of Henry County Government Lessard may have worked.
He’s scheduled to make a first appearance in court May 20.
