No one was hurt, but a garage was destroyed by a fire Sunday night in Farmington.
Farmington fire officials say it was first called in around 5 p.m. on East Street, not far from Court.
The garage, they say, was completely engulfed in flames when they arrived, and police noticed it starting to extend to a nearby home.
The fire was able to be put out, but officials say the garage was burned beyond recognition.
The home suffered minimal damage.
It’s not clear what caused the fire. A number of Fulton and even Knox County fire departments helped put the blaze out.
