A Monmouth man convicted in the 2018 Railroad Days Shooting has pleaded not guilty to seven felony and two misdemeanor drug and weapons charges.
24-year-old Lattrell Patterson made the plea Wednesday in Knox County Court in front of Judge Andrew Doyle.
This followed a preliminary hearing in which Doyle found probable cause for the case to continue.
Doyle also reviewed Patterson’s detention status and ruled that he will stay in the Knox County Jail as he’s been since his arrest.
Patterson was arrested Oct.22 during a traffic stop after Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies found such items in his car as methamphetamine, cocaine, cannabis, a scale, and a firearm reported stolen.
He’s next due in court for a status hearing on Dec. 11 at 9 a.m.
