Galesburg High School grad Ashley Garrett has written a children’s book that could be the first of many she publishes.
Garrett joined Cameron Line on Galesburg’s Evening News on Wednesday to talk about, “A White Elephant for Christmas”, available now.
Garrett also talked about how being a teacher informed the writing of the book, and how teachers helped build her literary confidence.
