Multiple Knox County residents arrested in drugs and weapons investigation

Multiple law enforcement agencies conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrests of 11 Knox County residents.

During the course of the investigation four stolen firearms were recovered, including an AR-15 with armor-piercing rounds.

Also seized were various amounts of meth, heroin, and cocaine.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office anticipates making more arrests, due to new information gathered.

The investigation included a search warrant conducted on the 400 block of East Losey.

During the search warrant a female was located inside the residence that had overdosed.

Agents deployed Narcan and summoned paramedics to treat the female.

She was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital. A search of the residence revealed large quantities of meth and cocaine.

Agencies involved in the investigation include the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the Quad City F.B.I Task Force, Monmouth Police, Galesburg Police, the U.S. Marshals, and the Illinois State Police.
