More details have been released regarding a fatal accident last Thursday.
Knox County Coroner Mark Thomas identifies the driver as Karen Perrin, 82, of Wataga.
Knox County Sheriffs Deputies say Perrin was behind the wheel last Thursday evening when her vehicle left the road and crashed on U.S. 34 near Wataga.
An 18-year-old woman from Wataga, and a 19-year-old man from Galesburg, were also injured in the crash.
Their conditions are not known.
Perrin’s was the only vehicle involved.
