A conversation about hospital no-shows, part 2

OSF HealthCare says, like its counterpart Graham Health System, it will not charge patients a fee for not making it to an appointment.  Instead, OSF says it will make every effort possible to get to the cause of canceling an appointment, and making sure that patients can get there in the future.

We talk about that, and what should be done if patients have to wait in the waiting room a long time for their appointment, with Amanda Mishler, Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations, at OSF HealthCare, on Galesburg's Evening News.
