A conversation with State Sen. Mike Halpin

State Senator Mike Halpin visited the Galesburg area earlier this week, after spending some time in the Macomb portion of the 36th District.  The district covers parts of Knox, Warren, McDonough, Rock Island, and Mercer Counties.  During a stop in Galesburg, Halpin discussed issues ranging from education to crime with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Evening News.
