A Knox College grad says she grew more and more curious as she read Agatha Christie's novels time and again. In this case, there were words and phrases written into Christie's books over the decades that she didn't understand. So, Kate Gingold set out to research and find out what those words and phrases meant.
In what is going to be a multi-part series of books published under the "Agatha Annotated" banner, Gingold has published a glossary of sorts for Christie's works from the 1920's.
Gingold and her husband, fellow Knox alum and publisher Don, talked with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Morning News.
Gingold will be signing copies of her first "Agatha Annotated," Friday, October 25, from 1pm to 3pm at Wordsmith Bookshoppe.
