Economic developer: Western Smokehouse Partners expansion can’t be anything but good for Galesburg

He didn't have much of a hand in it, but Knox County Area Partnership CEO Ken Springer says the $50 million expansion of Western Smokehouse Partners announced Tuesday is great news for Galesburg.  And he says while he can understand why people might feel otherwise, this is not the time to continue looking backwards.
