Election 2024: A conversation with Eric Sorensen, 17th Congressional District

US Rep Eric Sorensen, the democratic incumbent from Moline, running for re-election in Illinois' 17th Congressional District.

A Rockford native, Sorensen received his bachelor’s degree in communications from Northern Illinois University in 1999 and worked as a meteorologist for over two decades at TV stations in Rockford and the Quad-Cities.

Sorensen joins WGIL's Jay Redfern and Tyler Gumm for a conversation that also airs on Galesburg's Morning and Evening News.
