Graham Health System says ‘no’ to charging no-shows

The CEO of Canton-based Graham Health System, Bob Senneff, says he doesn't think his medical group will ever waver on the policy of not charging patients if they don't show up for their scheduled appointment.

Senneff talks with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Evening News.

NOTE:  We will talk with a representative of OSF HealthCare about no-shows Thursday at 5:10pm on Galesburg's Evening News.
