The Art of Sound: The Notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci

Coming up on April 5 at the historic Orpheum Theatre, the Galesburg Community Chorus will present The Notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci.

Jocelyn Hagen’s The Notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci is an exciting and unique work for chorus and orchestra with texts written by da Vinci and accompanying screen projections drawn from his stunning sketches. It promises to be an immersive and powerful experience.

Will Culbertson, President of the Galesburg Community Chorus and Dr. Tim Pahel, Artistic Director of the Galesburg Community Chorus. Gentleman, joined WGIL's Tyler Gumm and Jay Redfern on Galesburg's Morning News to preview the performance.
